PROPRIETARY LICENSE AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT: This software and its associated documentation are proprietary and confidential.

1. OWNERSHIP

This software, including all code, design, documentation, and intellectual property, is the exclusive property of Cody Gibbs. You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in the software is transferred to you.

2. LIMITED USE LICENSE

Permission is granted to use this software only as follows:

Personal, non-commercial use only
As authorized by explicit written agreement
In accordance with all applicable laws

3. RESTRICTIONS

You may NOT:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble
Redistribute, sell, or lease the software
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
Use for commercial purposes without written permission
Extract, reuse, or adapt any design, code, or concept
Use the software to develop competing products

4. TRADEMARK RIGHTS

"HatchHub" and all associated logos, designs, and branding are trademarks owned by Cody Gibbs. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.

5. NO WARRANTY

This software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Cody Gibbs be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use this software.

7. TERMINATION

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights immediately cease upon any violation of these terms.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
